The chart to the right presents expected filament diameters versus translation rate and applied pressures for CELLINK Bioink at room temperature. These measurements were performed using a 22 gauge conical nozzle. This data should be used as a starting point for calibration of the material within your system. Layer height is equal to the nozzle diameter.
Here are example prints of parallel lines of CELLINK Bioink using a 22 G nozzle. The pressure was held constant while the translation rate was increased from 100 mm/min to 1000 mm/min left to right.
