Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Software to Enable Researchers to Use 3D-Bioprinting Technology
  • Create Tools to Improve Quality Control of Bioprinters and Bioinks
  • Make Tools that would Revolutionize Bioink Development
  • Integrate Novel Software with Bioprinters

 

Required Qualifications

  • Working toward or acquired Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
  • Skilled in Object-Oriented programming with Java, C/C++, and/or Python
  • Experience with Linux-based operating systems
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both oral and written formats
  • Desire to be part of a fast-paced, pioneering and collaborative start-up

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working to apply Software Engineering techniques in a real-world setting
  • Involvement with machine learning and computer vision
  • Knowledge in programming for embedded systems
  • Experience designing User Interface applications, in particular using the Qt framework
